You may have heard that the Michigan State Government issued a statewide “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order. Endurance Carbide is exempt because we are considered part of the critical manufacturer sector, as we support American manufacturers in the Medical and Energy industries, as well as the Department of Defense. During this Stay Home, Stay Safe period Endurance Carbide will remain open for business and continue to manufacture quality precision carbide wear parts for manufacturers.
Our supply chain is secure and we have not seen major delays in our incoming freight. Support for orders, quotes, requests, and application help remains available with our customer service, quoting, engineering, expediting, and sales teams. Our tooling continues to be manufactured with our dedicated CNC operators and machine operators.
We are taking measures to maintain a safe environment for our Endurance Carbide family by reminding employees to take appropriate preventative hygiene methods to minimize the potential risk of infection, restricting visitors to Endurance Carbide, encouraging employees to work from home when possible, and limiting face-to-face meetings.
We understand that during this time of uncertainty, one thing you shouldn’t have to worry about is the availability or quality of needed tooling.
