Precision Carbide Manufacturing Capabilities

When your tooling needs to hold tolerance and survive millions of cycles, how it’s manufactured matters just as much as the material itself.

Endurance Carbide combines precision grinding, machining, welding, and inspection processes to manufacture carbide wear components that perform reliably in demanding production environments.

Our shop is organized to support both traditional grinding craftsmanship and modern CNC processes — allowing us to handle everything from simple wear parts to complex carbide tooling assemblies.

Our Capabilities

Precision Grinding

Precision Grinding

Grinding is at the heart of carbide tooling manufacturing.

Our shop utilizes multiple grinding systems including Keller grinding machines for both internal and external diameters, along with surface and form grinding equipment used to shape carbide components to precise specifications.

This combination of equipment allows us to produce components with tight tolerances and consistent dimensional accuracy across production runs.

Inspection & Quality Control - ISO 9001:2015 certified

Inspection & Quality Control

Every component passes through a final inspection process before it leaves the shop.

Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We inspect parts against engineering prints using advanced measurement equipment, to ensure critical dimensions meet exact specifications. All equipment is calibrated and traceable to NIST standards.

From first article through final inspection, we confirm every part performs as expected—so it’s ready for your production floor the moment it arrives.

Milling & Turning

Milling & Turning

Certain alloy components require precise machining operations before final grinding.

Our milling and turning capabilities allow us to produce complex geometries and prepare components for precision finishing. These processes are used to rough-machine carbide assemblies, maintain dimensional accuracy, and support custom tooling applications where standard components are not sufficient.

Built for Real Production Environments

Our goal is simple: manufacture carbide components that hold tolerance, last longer, and perform consistently in high volume applications.

If you’re dealing with premature wear, frequent changeovers, or tooling that isn’t holding up in production, carbide components engineered and manufactured correctly can make a measurable difference.
